Fees and fees for the ports and harbors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia associated with the General Authority of Ports shall be paid in accordance with the following tables

Note :

The port services fees shown in (1/1) to (1/5) above shall be paid for the transport of the goods after discharge from the vessel to the transitional sheds or storage yards and placing them in the stables after the sorting process and then transfer them to the customs inspection halls and then to the transport modes of the goods owners And vice versa in the case of export whether the full or part of the service.

  1. The port services fees shown in (1/8) above shall be paid for the transport of containers, flats and other trailers after discharge from the vessel to the yard of the incoming goods and then to the means of transport for the owners of the goods to be delivered and vice versa in the case of export whether performing the whole or part of the service.
  2. The goods received in the re-export fee shall be exempted from the wages which the ports shall receive from the owner of the goods in accordance with the items (1/1 to 1/8) and shall be paid upon the entry of any such goods into the Kingdom.​

  • The storage fees shall be calculated for the period in which the goods remain in the port 10 days after the date of unloading of the goods and five days for the new cars. Storage fees shall also be paid if the goods are received at the port in the case of exportation after ten days from the day following the entry into the Customs Department , And do not enter into these two holiday holidays *.
  • Excludes storage costs: bulk cargo in silos of cement, grains, oils, chemicals and the like, and project berths in the industrial port.

4. Additional Services:​

Any other additional services to be paid on the basis of (actual cost + 10%) and the service applicant is obliged to insure the materials used, and the actual cost is calculated as follows:

  • Remuneration of equipment used in accordance with Schedule B Annex.
  • Workers' wages (10) riyals / hour or part thereof.
  • The wages of skilled or technical workers (20) riyals / hour or part thereof.
  • The fees of the engineer or supervisor (30) riyal / hour or part thereof.

* The exemption period for official holidays in this item was limited to five days only (two days before Eid and three days of Eid) according to the speech of His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Chairman of the General Authority for Ports No. 34/1749 dated 15/5/1425 H.​
